Starting January 22nd, those with a version of Duo Mobile less than 4.85 will receive the following message after entering their credentials and approving a Duo push.


Why This Matters
Starting February 2, 2026, Duo will block outdated versions, versions older than 4.85, of the Duo Mobile app. If your app isn’t updated by then, Duo Push will stop working on your device, and you may be unable to sign in to HCC resources.


Updating now ensures uninterrupted access.

If the DUO Mobile app is unable to be updated due to device incompatibility, you can still utilize the passcodes generated in the app to sign into HCC resources such as Swan and Swan's Open OnDemand Portal.
