Are you interested in number crunching, high-speed transfers or large-scale storage? Register now to attend different sessions at the Holland Computing Center (HCC)'s Remote Spring Kickstart - February 20th from 9:30AM to 3:00 PM CDT held virtually via Zoom. This workshop series will feature hands-on experience on how to access and use HCC's powerful computing resources to scale up your own research.

Topics to include:

  • New and exciting updates at HCC.

  • How to connect to and use HCC's compute clusters, freeing up your workstation or laptop for more immediate tasks

  • Transferring data at high speed via a simple web interface

  • Open OnDemand - "one-stop" access to Swan through an interactive, web-based portal.

  • Good practices when using shared HPC resources

Participants will need to sign up for an HCC account (https://hcc.unl.edu/new-user-request) and sign-in with their HCC account to access the registration page.
