Dear HCC User Community,

HCC will soon switch to a new ticketing system to track support requests. We are planning to make this change at the beginning of next week, coinciding with the start of the new semester.

The hcc-support@unl.edu email will remain unchanged.

While the old system has been quite functional, the new system will support many new features. These include the ability to view and submit tickets via a modern web interface, mobile device support, as well as many internal features to improve HCC staff productivity. While there is never really a non-disruptive time to make such changes, we will work to make the transition as smooth as possible. New requests will automatically be forwarded to the new system; no special action is required on your part. We will run both systems for a brief period to migrate existing tickets to the new system. A follow-up email will be sent next week just prior to implementing the change with additional details.
